Our Machine Learning Monitoring System is designed to ensure compliance with our Terms and Conditions. The system actively monitors user activities to detect any violations of the established rules. This includes, but is not limited to, misuse of platform features, fraudulent activities, unauthorized access attempts, and any other behaviors that go against the agreed guidelines.
Anyone found violating the Terms and Conditions via the Machine Learning Monitoring System will face a 12-month ban from the platform. This ban will restrict access to all services and features associated with the account.
Once a violation is detected, the account will be flagged for review. The user will be notified of the violation, and they will have the opportunity to appeal the decision within a defined period. If the violation is confirmed after review, the 12-month ban will be enforced.
Users who feel their account was wrongfully flagged may submit an appeal to our support team. All appeals will be reviewed, and a final decision will be made based on the evidence available. Please ensure that all required documentation is provided when submitting an appeal for faster resolution.
Once the 12-month ban has been completed, users will be eligible to regain access to the platform. However, repeated violations will result in permanent suspension.

10.3.1. All coursework and assessments must be submitted on time and meet the required standards. Academic integrity guidelines must be followed to avoid plagiarism and misconduct.
10.4. Assessment Formats
10.4.1. The exam for the EduQual diploma is divided into two parts: the Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQs) and the Oral Examination.
Upon payment of the diploma registration fee, students will be given access to a set of MCQs. These questions are designed to assess the student’s understanding of the core concepts covered in the course. The MCQs will be available for a period of 12 months, during which students are expected to complete them. To move forward in the examination process, students must achieve a 100% score on the MCQs. This part serves as the foundation for the next exam stage and plays a critical role in determining readiness for the oral exam.
Once a student has successfully completed the MCQs with a 100% score and has fulfilled the requirement of completing at least 85% of the coursework, they will be assigned an oral examination topic. The oral exam assesses the student's ability to articulate and discuss the material in a structured and detailed manner. It serves to evaluate both the depth of their knowledge and their communication skills. Successful completion of both the MCQs and the oral exam leads to the award of the diploma.
10.5. Grading
10.5.1. MCQs and oral exams each carry 50% weight in your final grade.

12.2. Late Renewal

Our Commitment to Honesty in Business
Islam profoundly emphasizes honesty in all aspects of life, including commercial dealings. This emphasis stems from the comprehensive nature of Islam as a way of life that guides and regulates every sphere, not merely a set of beliefs or rituals. Unlike the often compartmentalized view of religion in modern society, Islam integrates its principles into every facet of daily life, including economic activities and political engagements.
At the heart of Islamic teachings is the practical application of its code, governing not just personal conduct but extending to commerce, politics, and social interactions. In Islam, the virtues of honesty, justice, and fraternity form the cornerstone of societal interactions, extending to condemn any form of deceit or exploitation, be it political, economic, social, or individual.
In an Islamic society, these principles are not mere ideals but active, living practices, with a strong intolerance for dishonesty in any form. Our commitment to these values is unwavering, and we strive to uphold this integrity in every aspect of our operations and community interactions.
